Satsurikutou & s1w (殺戮党 & s1w) forms.
Officially, the band formed when vocalist Shinovi (忍) was 14 years old. The band probably wasn't very active, considering how young the members were. It “froze for ten years” soon after formation. -formation
Also, the complete lineup at this time is unknown.

Satsurikutou & s1w (殺戮党 & s1w) revives.
Satsurikutou & s1w (殺戮党 & s1w) is actually two units.
The first unit, Satsurikutou (殺戮党), is also known as KILLER INSTINCTS PARTY (which is the literal translation of their Japanese name).
They also sometimes shortened their name to KEY PARTY, which is the name of their first album, and is also the name of the label KEY PARTY, which Shinovi (忍) co-founded at the same time as the band's revival.
The second unit is SECURITY 1st WORLD, a.k.a. s1w. The role of SECURITY 1st WORLD is unclear. It seems like they might have just been on-stage performers, as their official positions are nonsense.

Satsurikutou & s1w (殺戮党 & s1w) was a visual kei band. They were active from 1985 to 1996 and are now disbanded.
