AKIRA and KIRALA are not the same person? So, pretty much every info online about THE PIASS (妃阿甦) since the early 2000s is wrong? This is crazy and makes no sense at all haha. It almost seems like he is lying to disassociate himself from the band lol.

It's certainly possible that he's lying, but I think it's just as possible that whichever source originally said KIRALA = AKIRA was mistaken.

His full comment was: “Akira is not THE PIASS. Akira is Zea-Na and SLUM JUNKIE. Kirala is SLUM JUNKIE and THE PIASS. Both were sung with SLUM JUNKIE. Akira and Kirala are acquainted.”

If you find proof either way, please let us know!

I've checked my files and booklets, and it seems KIRALA was their singer for the first couple of years and then AKIRA joined.

As far as I know, there's no mention to AKIRA or even SLUM JUNKIE official THE PIASS releases or pamphlets, only online. But then, check it out, KIRALA's birthday in an Anarchist Records book that I have:

September 9th. And AKIRA's birthday on Candy's website is on April 12th (http://candy666.net/profile.htm). That pretty much settled it for me, I don't think he would go as far as faking his own birthday just to disassociate himself from PIASS.
