Based solely on a flyer from 1993 and a photo from 2001, I think bassist TAKUYA changed his name to Kai (珂依). As for the other members, I'm unsure if they changed their names or seceded and were replaced...
The only proof that this band is the same as the band from the 90s is an Anarchist Records page in the KENZI × KISAKI book which mentions that the band formed with a different lineup in 1993.
At some point in the latter half of 1999 or early 2000, the band's lineup completely changes...?
V. Kanai (叶) / G. KAZANE (風音) / B. Kai (珂依) / (?)
Rafflesia joins Anarchist Records around this time.
An unknown member change occurs (vocalist secedes and is replaced?).
V. Kaede (槭) / G. Kazane (風音) / B. Kai (珂依)
Despite changing the spelling of their name from “Rafflesia” to “R,” it's still pronounced “Rafflesia.”
Guitarist ELL joins around this time (sometime after the band changes its name).
V. Kaede (槭) / G. Kazane (風音) / G. ELL / B. Kai (珂依)
R disbands
R was a visual kei band. They were active from 1993 to 2001 and are now disbanded.
Where did the information about the 4 versions of the Regeneration tape come from, and how does this item fall under it?
Don't remember where the info came up (probably somewhere on their OHP), but it matches up with the PS link. Looks like PS has two copies (so 2 out of 4 possible covers). Each copy contains two random tracks of three possible, which matches up with PS's note.
