As this demo is said to be the band's second demo, and given the fact that bassist IZUMI (who presumably is present in the band throughout its entire career as he seems to be the band leader) leaves for Little Vampire in early-to-mid 1994, this tape was likely released in mid-to-late 1993 or early 1994 - although the exact details are unknown.
